There is a dog surcharge of $20, YOU MUST include them as extra on your booking.

Pets are allowed inside the chalets but must not go in the bedrooms OR on the furniture.

 

They cannot be left unattended in or outside the chalet under any circumstances for any amount of time. If you leave them alone unfortunately you will be asked to leave with no refund. This is for the well being of your pet, and to prevent damages to the chalets.

A fee will be charged for any damage or if extra cleaning is required, please report any damage caused by your pet.

​

We ask that they are kept under close control around the chalets and remain on a lead at all times.

​

Please clean up after them, noone wants to tread in an unexpected surprise.

Any disturbances such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests and neighbouring residents are not inconvenienced. You may be asked to leave if noise continues.

If the dog acts in any way considered aggressive, dangerous, or destructive, you will be asked to leave immediately, in which case they will not be entitled to any refund.

 

Guest(s) are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. We reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages. • Guest(s) and pet owner(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunnyhurst Chalets, its managers and their staff  from all liability, loss and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.

Furthermore, the guest(s) and pet owner(s) agree to solely accept all liability, financial or otherwise which may result in pet loss from disease, death, theft, fire, the running away of any pet or any other unavoidable circumstance.

 

Whilst we happily welcome pets year-round, the whole area is not entirely pet friendly. During your stay, please ensure that your furry family member stays within the pet friendly areas and is under your control at all times.

 

Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool, playground sandpits, animal paddocks or barbeque areas.

Although we are a pet friendly property our property may not be suitable for your pet, please remember not all guests will be pet friendly either and some will not be comfortable around animals.

​

Bridgetown is a very dog friendly town, there are plenty of bush walks to go on with your pet, the local cafes and cidery are welcoming, there is a beautiful walk along the river that im sure they will enjoy too.

If you wish to go out without your pet/s unfortunately we are not the place for them to stay, if this is the case please think about leaving them home with someone to care for them where they will be comfortable.
